Applied, took 2 weeks to schedule a 15 minute call with the recruiter. Recruiter did not ask about experience just basic housekeeping questions, she didn't know about the role it was very odd. afterwards got a rejection. no basis for rejection as didn' get to share anything about my career or experience. ***when interviewing recommend the recruiter knows what the role entails or what hiring manager is looking for, also asks questions about experience or any practical question relating to the role
