Interview
I had a phone screening that was about 20 minutes, and the interviewer was very friendly. After that, I received an email on a Friday, asking me to complete a sample assignment by the following Monday. I completed all of the listed requirements and submitted it on time, despite the last-minute notice, and didn't receive any feedback or critiques before seeing the application status was changed to indicate I was no longer being considered. No idea what they weren't happy with, and I feel like they just used me to get free content.

Tell me about best practices you adhere to when creating learning materials.
The interview process had many components including initial phone screening, answering written questions about the fit for the role (which includes an example of a lesson I created), math performance task, and then a remote interview with the manager.
Recruiter called with questions about experience and said they were passing my name along for the next stage. Then, I had an interview with manager. Similar questions about related experience.

Interview
I first was sent a link for a questionnaire which involved 3 short essay questions. After that I was sent a request for a 30 minute video interview with 2 curriculum developers. They asked many questions and at the end gave me a task to complete after 3 minutes of reading a prompt and brainstorming. After this interview I never heard back from them after being told I would hear back within a week about next steps.
