Amplify Visual Designer interview questions

I applied and within a few days I came in for an interview which went really well. A week later I had a call about salary requirements. A week and a half went by and I followed up with the hiring manager after not hearing anything, and I found out that I had an offer. It was explained to me that I should have heard of the offer much sooner - perhaps there was a delay in HR. So just be sure to follow up after your interview!
