Phone Screen, Hiring Manager then onsite. Very Bro-y culture, and the least diverse place I've interviewed of all the companies I'm looking at. Interview process is fair, but you have to wonder why there are no minorities and barely any woman when you visit the office. They've got all the great flowery language around wanting Diversity, heck the CEO Spencer Skates even has a blog post that the recruiter will send you.
Ended up not getting the job for some very generic reason like "fit'. Amazing.
It's not all bad. The team seems very chill and very friendly. I don't think they mean to be biased, they're just young and don't know otherwise. They're interviewing for smarts and 'fit'...but leave a lot of wiggle room. They even told me I was qualified to do the job.
