Got a phone call for a interview, I was in a class so the HR person left a message. I called back and no one picked up. I left a message and said I would be interested to interview and no one called back. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism, they missed out on a great employee.

I was offered the opportunity to interview for the position via text message about 3 days after applying; responded to recruiter; never heard back to setup interview. Very disheartening experience.
Easy process. Interviewers are great. They really show their personality. You will be interviewed by more than 1 person at some point. Again the great people of Amtrak show you why they are great. They are very welcoming.

Interview
No direct contact besides email & text, which was vague and less than personable. Completed a background check and scheduled a "strength test". Time/date was chosen by them and was 1.5 hours away (2 hours from where I applied to work) People who provided test advised couldnt provide any indication of results but I would hear from HR within 36 hours, received no further contact from company. Felt like big waste of time and gas in hindsight.
