Amura (India) interview questions

I completed 3 rounds of tech interviews and the 4th one was with the founder and it only lasted 10mins and I was rejected citing, I am unfit for the role as my background doesn't align with the role. If this was the case, why wasted my time for the 3 rounds. I interviewed for react native role, and I am an expert in it with 9years exclusive in React native, since the beginning of RN, I have worked on it. He only took 10 min to judge me. My sincere request is to let the technical people handle the interviews, only they have the right to judge FYI: It is a 6day work from office, I agreed to it even though I am only used to 5days work.
