It's the first round phone interview. 2 senior technicians interviewed me. At first, they gave brief self-introductions. Both of them are very nice. One of them majored in Computer Science, so he was very curious about my machine learning project. However I failed to explain the key concept of my project to them. That may be the reason why I wasn't selected for the second round.

I applied to the Menlo Park office. There were two rounds of interviews, both were done over the phone, and both were very similar. Be sure that you know the research studies and their methodologies very well, they will ask you very detailed questions.
