From application through to offer the process took 6 weeks (over Easter break + half-term). I had 5 interviews in total including the screening call with Mark. Mark was brilliant at keeping me informed on the status and set clear expectations on timelines and process. He was very honest in delivering feedback and very supportive in helping me prep for each round. He was engaged in all the conversations we had and built a strong relationship with me through the process. The interview scheduling itself was a seamless process.
