Interview
Interview via recruiter early June 2018. Setup second interview with HR and hiring manager for a week later. Was told my interview went well and was a top candidate for the position. Was informed someone would contact me to let me know whether I got the position. Never heard back from anyone. I followed up the following week and was told they would let me know something within a week but things looked good. I have still never heard back.
The lack of communication during this process was unprofessional. Please do not explain that someone will contact an interviewee and then go completely dark. Following up is a professional curteousy for both parties, even if it’s a simple email stating the fact that someone else was hired for the position. I am still not aware whether someone was hired for this position or they simply closed the position entirely.

Interview
I applied online. First interview was with the HR person, over the phone. Then a video interview with three people. One week later, an interview with the two people I'd be working closely with. Very relaxed, very positive experience.

Question 1
They asked me about similar experiences I'd had. Asked about how I would approach a project. There were no surprise questions.
