Spent two months in the process. First a phone call with HR, nice friendly woman, then zoom with someone on the DNA department, very nice person as well. Another zoom with three people, scripted questions like how you deal with pressure. Nothing imaginative. Asked me about my Excel skills. Pointless, who really doesn't work with Excel these days. Hadn't bothered to look at my CV.
Finally another zoom meeting with the Vice President of the department. Someone based in the US. General discussion about my background.
So after two months they phoned and rejected me saying someone with more experience got the role. Had to constantly chase them up asking about the process. Told me they would respond after one week then had to wait two and a half.
Read the other reviews there are many complaints about their recruitment system. They are very unprofessional.
Be careful because you will do pointless interviews with people who are clueless. As others have said don't waste your time or have high expectations.
