      Execuitve Assistant Interview

      25 Jun 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Anchor (London, England) in May 2026

      Interview

The interview was conducted by two members of staff and followed a highly structured, competency-based format. Both interviewers read questions from prepared documents throughout the interview, with limited opportunity for a natural discussion about my background, previous Executive Assistant roles, or career achievements. While the panel was professional and courteous, I felt the format did not allow me to fully demonstrate the breadth of my experience or explore how my skills aligned with the role. Feedback was provided following the interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. Describe a time when you had to manage multiple competing priorities for a senior executive. 2. What experience do you have with Metropolitan Police vetting processes.
