I applied online. I interviewed at Anchor QEA (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Met with a couple different people in a panel. They were kind and asked in depth questions about skills and behaviors that aligned with what they were looking for along with the projects that interns typically work on during the program.
4 rounds--1 initial screening interview. 1 with the person who will be your direct supervisor. 2 panel interviews with about 2-3 people from various teams you will work with... all rounds are very conversational but they still make a difference and allow you to see who you would potentially work with
First call was a phone screen with HR, which was quite efficient and overall a good experience. We also scheduled the next meeting with the hiring manager during the phone screen.
