Question 1
If you see someone in a difficult situation they cannot get out of on their own, how do you proceed?
On site interview was a 4, one hour session set up.Very exhausting but pretty easy. 90% of the questions were behavioral so "describe a time when...." which are pretty easy to answer as long as you've had a little experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Andeavor in Feb 2017
Interview
30 minute phone screen interview with company recruiter/ HR. Interview with the hiring manager followed a week later. Both interviews were very informative and professional. Interview with hiring manager was a mix of behavioral and past experience. It took over three weeks to get feedback after speaking with the hiring manager.
