I had my first interview with the In-house Recruiter, who went through the position, however did not feel that they really truly assessed me correctly. I then has a 2nd interview with a Panel of 3 who I would have worked along side with. It was not the most engaging interview as 1 of them hardly spoke at all. They went into detail about the position and talked about the challenges which was good, but did not go further into my own experience and thus did not learn more about me. They talked a lot about how the current recruiting team was under performing and the quality was not high, and how I could change all of that. Overall I was very disappointed with experience, given the time invested I would have expected some constructive feedback as to why I was unsuccessful and why I had to do all the chasing.
