I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen (Hartford, CT) in Oct 2018
Interview
I met the two partners who ended up interviewing me at the UConn Accounting Career fair. I received an interview offer within a week of applying. Pre-interview breakfast with the two partners followed by a 30-minute interview with each partner. Very laid back and just conversational. Much more them selling the firm to me than them interviewing me.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen (New York, NY) in Aug 2020
Interview
A series of phone and zoom calls. Everyone was asking questions to understand me as a person more, aside from experience and what's on paper. I appreciate their approach and wanting to understand me as a person more.

Interview
I had an on-campus interview and then got invited to go to their office. At their office, I interviewed with managing partner and two others. Then had lunch with two associates.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The interview process was really relaxed. From the first interview with the recruiter to meeting the firm's partner's and managers, they are all really nice and are just looking for a good fit. Definitely be ready to ask questions because half of your interview time will be you getting to know the firm and people, rather that the interviewers talking the whole time. First interview is with recruiter, and the next interview is with 1 partner, 2 managers, and lunch with associates. Be yourself, really.
