Met with recruiters at a campus career fair and handed in resume. Received an email a few weeks later with an application. Had an on-campus interview and then an office visit, which consisted of 6 more interviews.

Question 1
Not too many difficult questions - just enjoyable conversation
There were 3 back to back 30 minute interviews. I interviewed with a senior associate, manager, and director. I had a pleasant experience meeting the people from all different levels and they were really sweet.

Interview
I had two back to back interviews, one with a partner and one with an associate. Basic behavioral questions, nothing technical. The partner spent much of the time selling the benefits of Andersen rather than asking me questions.
Very easy, all behaviorals. The interviewers were very nice and genuinely wanted to get to know you. There were no technicals, but be very genuine and friendly with the interviewers.
