I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Andersen (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Comfortable and easy. Very conversational rather than an interview. It seemed like it was more to see how you fit with a team environment. Also, mentioned the culture of the office.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen (Costa Mesa, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
I had 2 phone interviews (one person from New York and one from Orange County) and 2 zoom interviews (Los Angeles and Orange County). I enjoyed all my interviews, each one lasted over an hour. They are incredibly thorough. No one ends up at Andersen by mistake!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first interview they went over my entire resume in extreme detail wanting to know everything about each job and why I left for my next job. I feel as though I asked them more questions then they asked me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen (Oakland, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview itself is pleasant, just some questions and the recruiter guide the process smoothly. I've been told i will receive email about the next interview, and been ask what time I am available. But i never receive that email, and later receive the denying email from the recruiter. It's kind of weird that the interview is too easy, and the inconsistent outcome.
