I am very disappointed with this company. I conducted my interview with the recruiter 6 weeks ago and my in person interview with the hiring manager 4 weeks ago and have not heard anything. I have reached out to the recruiter multiple times and have been completely ghosted by Andersen. I was very excited for this position as I believed I was a great fit. The interviews went well but I am now seeing what kind of company Andersen is. If I didn't get the job, at least have the curtesy to let me know.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical situational questions. They also went through my resume and asked how certain qualifications would fit into the job. Pretty laid back interview with a tour of the facility afterwards.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Andersen (Peoria, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
After responding to a news paper add, I was contacted by the manager and had a 45 minute interview on the phone. He seemed quite interested. He offered a face to face meeting at his office. It was a two hour interview that was that long mostly because I asked a lot of questions. It was a good experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Andersen in Mar 2017
Interview
There are inconsistencies regarding degree requirements. It was explained by management that degree experience would be valued but it has been proven by the actions that it is not the case.
