Professor at my university recommended I apply for an internship with the company. A staff member called me that week to set up an interview. Met first with head of company and was asked usual interview questions. Then met with two staff members who I would be working under if I was given the position. Was called back the next week and told I had been accepted for the position: finalized work documents that day, took mandatory drug test, and went through company safety orientation.
