Interview
Make sure you show up at least 10 mins early. I went through a series of 4 different interviews. the first interview process was with a couple of employees on the personality team to make sure you would fit in with the company. It's pass or fail. Just answer honestly. Cant cheat your way through that interview. Step 2, I met with an HR rep to go over very basic questions. Step 3, I met with 2 employees in 2 different marketing departments to go over what I would be doing and how I would be interacting with the different sides in marketing. Step 4, I met with the head of product management who I would've been working under and basically got to know each other a little more. I made it through all the steps and felt good about that when they had the ability to end it at anytime if at all i wasn't a good fit.

Question 1
What have you done in your past jobs that would allow you to work in this position efficiently?
Interviewer kicked off the interview by first asking salary requirements. Seemed rather abrupt and didn't set a good tone for the conversation. When asked to better understand the needs for the position before having salary conversation, the interviewer said they didn't want to waste my time or theirs.

Interview
first you complete a series of online questions. Then you will wait, a while to hear anything because HR is VERY SLOW, don't get discouraged. After you get called in for an interview you will be pulled into a room with 3 employees in various departments for a culture interview which is pass or fail. If you pass you will have an in-person interview, if you fail you go home. If you get the job you will have a drug test to be completed in 24 hours.
