Interview
Focused mostly on how you would deal with people, how you would deal with people who were being rude. Also personality to see if you would fit in. They really want to make sure that you are an individual who will be able to work efficiently under pressure. There are usually two managers interviewing you at the same time. It feels more like a chat to get to know the person itself instead of a formal interview. It is very laid back.

Question 1
What was a time when you had to deal with a difficult person and how did you deal with them?
Missed interview would not reschedule it was very difficult to get ahold of someone from the staff. The process was a long and lengthy process and in the end I did not even get a job offer
Laid back and not at all intimidating. They were very friendly and explained everything I needed to know right away. They also were very helpful when it came to answering any questions I had for them.
