I had one phone interview and was then invited to come in for an in person interview. The interview was pretty standard for the most part. They also had me take a typing test to ensure that I could type X number of words per minute. The last portion was a written test in which they gave me different hypothetical scenarios with difficult customers. Since the primary job responsibility was responding the customer inquiries via email, the test was set up with sample "emails", and I had to respond.
