Anglian Dental interview questions

I originally applied for this job on indeed and got invited to an assessment day which ended with an interview. the team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and only selected 6 of us which meant they were actually able to assess our individual attributes, whereas some companies will pick 20-30 people which can make it a bit hard to assess people individually with the time they have. It was very enjoyable with the assessments given and the atmosphere provided. This gave me the opportunity to communicate with many different departments of the company before being hired. After a few weeks I got an invitation to a trial day with one of the engineers, which gave me a very good insight into what the role offered and if it was right for me. What followed was a final interview with the Engineering team leader, one of the Directors and the Talent acquisition manager, where I was assessed on my qualities, character, understanding of the company, ambitions and my interest and background in engineering among other subjects.
