I had an online based interview using Microsoft teams platform. The interview process was very professional, the HR personnel and the technical team articulated their questions clearly and adequately. Very Patient when you respond to their questions, they do clarify questions which may sound complex to you esp. due to the terminology used in Anglo which may not be so obvious to someone who’s never worked for Anglo before. The interviewers create a conducive atmosphere for the interviewee to feel comfortable, though conducted in a professional manner, I’d regard the interview process more like a conversation as opposed to question-answer type of a dialogue. The technical questions are challenging but the HR questions are more behavioural and not difficult if you’ve practiced, you need to consolidate stories of how you’ve conducted yourself or handled certain situations in your previous roles. Example: Tell me about a time you had to explain something complex in your current job?
