I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Nov 2011
Interview
1+1 interview (so far): Questions were very technical. Focusing on establishing my strengths and core interests. Interview started by asking me to summarize my work history. Group exercise was to build a bridge, daunting with about 15 people just watching you. Didn't find interviewers welcoming.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Who do you think is the best, who is the worst, during the group test
Game based assessment followed by multiple interview rounds- HR rounds, guesstimate, case study, group interview. It is difficult to clear all rounds. Game assessment is in hirevue, practice this, it's not very easy with time limits.
Difficult - long form virtual interview spaced out over the day with many questions that are hard to prepare for - focuses on 10 principles for a lot of the questions.
