I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview process, for me, started with an HR phone interview, just to see if you were competent. It was then followed by a phone interview with HR and several department specific employees. Then I came in for an in-person interview with just the department. Also, they did a Telephone Assessment Process when I was there, which felt like more of a formality. As long as you passed 2/3 scenarios you were hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you see yourself as a good fit for this organization?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Port Elizabeth) in Apr 2018
Interview
All interviews were conducted telephonically.
The first interview was a brief interview with HR to determine fit for the role.
The second interview was a panel interview with the hiring manager and other engineers. There are a set of questions both technical and personality based. The questions are pretty set for the company so one must tailor answers for the FMCG sector.
The third interview was with HR and a senior manager. This I guess is to confirm the answers to the previous interview.

Interview
Many electronic test followed up by a phone interview. Online test took a couple hours. Phone interview was very generic questions. Very difficult to contact anyone as they do not do recruiting after normal business hours. Almost a month pass between the personality quiz and the skills test.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Apr 2016
Interview
After applying online, I took an online assessment that apparently screened some people out. Then, I was put through to phone interview where I was asked to rank my ability on several skills. It was a bizarre process to do by phone when I was not prompted to give any additional details. I was not moved forward to the next phone interview, but I was told it was situational behaviour based.
