Multiple rounds of the interviewing process. First, there was a personality test, then a math test, then a video interview, finally I was invited to STL brewery to have a panel interview (I think I'm forgetting a round of some sort). That was very strange, there were 5 interviewers and 5 interviewees all around 1 table. They gave us a tour and left us alone with a few current employees to talk about their experiences.
