It was challenging but fun at the same time. The Assessment day had 3 activities and in each activity they scrutinize how you interact with the other candidate. Its not about winning the challenges, but mostly how proactive you are. It is important to engage in conversations rather than staying quiet when you do not know anything about the topic. If this is the case, do not hesitate in asking questions.
