Two interviews in a period of 2 months, pretty slow process.
First was with another senior manager and another with a director.
The senior manager was more of buddy fitness role and overall was a good experience.
The director on the other hand didn't had enough experience and expertise and wasn't fit for screening my profile. The interview was great, but the vibe for working for him wasn't.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev

Interview constitutes multiple rounds including people from local country then from respective zone and then from the global. cross funtcional heads can also interview and there are rounds for culture fit as well
4 rounds of interviews starting with Director level hiring manager, and final round with C-suite executive and still no decision. Ghosted! The entire process lasted 3 months and at the end no information shared.
Was good with technical questions. They rely too much on their 10 principles and your answer should be framed in that respect . Should be in English and on point
