      Sales Trainee Program Interview Interview

      27 Oct 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch

      Interview

      1. Submit application online 2. Hear back within 1-2 weeks for cultural fit assessment; complete assessment 3. Hear back within a day or two for reasoning assessment; complete that one as well 4. Hear back within a week or so for a Skype Interview w/ 2 region level vp's 5. Hear back within ~2 weeks for final panel interview in NYC 6. Complete final group panel interview the following week 7. Hear back within 1-5 days for an offer Initial assessments aren't too challenging. Skype interview is where they weed out most people, so don't take that one lightly. It's mostly "tell me about a time when..." questions - easily prepared for by looking up potential questions online. NYC interview is with 5 other candidates and a panel of 6 interviewers. Pretty stressful, but they're looking for you to be relaxed, be yourself, be able to think on your toes, and work together with the other candidates. Don't undercut them, but be confident in yourself and be ready to defend all your answers. They can hire more than just one person from that final panel too...or they might hire all or none of them depending on if they like you or not. Either way, you really only get to talk for about 5-7 minutes total, so make it count and be concise.

      Question 4
