I applied through their career's site. The same day I received an invitation to do a culture fit assessment. You are asked 6 different questions which is essentially you explaining the highlights of your career / resume and how it fits with their culture. I passed that the same day. I received a phone call the next day from the recruiter / analyst, and they requested to set up an interview time. It sounded like they were calling from a call center when they left the voicemail. I tried returning their phone call, but it'd just play music with no ability to leave a voicemail. I tried e-mailing the recruiter back with no response. It took 3 days before the recruiter / analyst reach back out to me. We coordinated a date and time. The day of the interview the recruiter / analyst was 30 minutes late to the interview. The recruiter / analyst went through a process driven interview checking off the boxes - Tell me about your experience working in the alcohol industry, talk to me about what strategies you have put into place, this position requirements analytics, do you have experience doing this. We talked through my experience, and he asked my salary requirements. He's ready to get off the phone without allowing me to ask any questions. I asked if I am able to ask questions about the position, scope, and why the role is open. He wasn't able to answer very many questions essentially saying the hiring manager can answer those questions.
