Overall, this was a negative interview experience for me. After completing the final round of interviews I had to chase the team for them to tell me they're no longer hiring for the role (the role is still up on their site).
The process consists of 4 stages, which starts with a 30 minute call with their talent recruitment. Here they will test your understanding of Ankorstore and how relevant your experience is for the role.
The second stage was an interview with a Lead Analyst. Here we spoke through my experience where I was asked to explain 2 examples where 1 example focused on how well I could explain it in easy summary and the other on how well I could explain it in technical detail. Here we also went deep into experimental design on how to run a A/B test.
The third round was a take home test consisting of 3 parts, which you will be required to present to a Lead and Senior Analyst. I have seen some posts here complaining they struggled to perform the SQL exercise without being able to query a DB. If you have experience using Jupyter Notebook, I would suggest downloading a package called pandasql where you can convert the csv into a dataframe and query against it.
The last round you will interview with either the head of data or product. I met with the head of product where we went through the pointless exercise of doing another case study about an issue they experienced when there GMS dropped significantly.
Hopefully, you find this a useful summary of what to expect. However, I personally wouldn't recommend going through the process given the culture and treatment of candidates through the process.
