Make you wait for hours even if you are the only person there for the interview and you have arrived well on time. They things others times are not valuable at all. You are there for an interview means your time is not valuable. Management did not seem to know much about the work that I was being offered. The department did not exist before I joined.

About previous job profile, what I did in my last employment, that they wanted ti know in details. Most importantly they wanted to know whether I will be able to handle the department I was being given - it never existed before
