The first process was a 15 min Phone Interview with recruiter. Then it will lead to a phone Interview with hiring manager. Once passed on will result in a panel Interview with 3 Senior Leadership. Final stage with be an interview with Director of Operations.

20 minutes on zoom - they spoke about them most if the time and did not really ask anything to much about you. Was clear was going through the motions.

Tell us about yourself and why you have got to being here today
It was a great process. My interviewer was very approachable and willing to listen to me and provide me insight about the company. I felt like I was joining a family.
