I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anova in Jul 2025
Interview
There are 3 rounds of interviews, with the final round being 3 hours long.
The first interview asks about your strengths/weaknesses, work history, your professional goals, & why you want to work for Anova.
The 2nd interview asks questions like “what would your supervisor say your strengths/weaknesses are”, discussing high/low points, and your greatest accomplishments throughout your work history.
The 3rd interview is lengthy, but easy in my opinion. Asks questions like “how do you stay organized, how do you manage your tasks, why do you want to work here, what are your professional/personal goals, tell me a time you deescalated a situation, what is excellent customer service, tell me a time you went above & beyond, how would you work with the sales team”, etc.
I honestly thought I nailed my interview, feeling very confident I got the position - built connections, held good conversation & was assured I was doing a good job & giving great answers. However, I did not get chosen for the position. It seems like a great place to work and I hope this helps the next person! :)

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anova (Winona, MN) in Jan 2024
Interview
Two interviews one with the Human Resources Department and one with the Customer Service Department. Time was about 2 weeks total to find out if you got position. Friendly and welcoming.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anova (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2023
Interview
Pretty standard interview, 30 min call, then 1 on 1, the 3 45minute 1 on 1s. Was a pretty standard process. Make sure you ask the right questions. Also the posting listed a salary range that was no where close to what the range offered at the end. Don't be me, ask upfront about salary but also hold company accountable the range posted for position so you don't get blind sided like me. Shady tactic I'm my opinion.
