On-site interview - Presentation and in-depth interview
HR interview - Basic HR questions like why do you want to join? If you get offended from another company? Etc

The first round was based on the basics of courses from chemical engineering, while the second round followed with questions about projects done and CFD basics.

Could you please provide more details about your master's thesis project?
The selection process begins with an online assessment designed to evaluate your technical skills. If successful, you proceed to two technical interviews with the hiring manager, followed by an HR interview. Upon clearing all rounds, you receive the offer.
Very thorough. Multiple steps. Based on job description and CV's details. Starts with an initial HR screening. Continues with a technical one. Continues with a second technical interview, similar to the first one. Ends with an offer or a rejection email.
