      Application

I interviewed at Antea Group (Cary, NC)

      Interview

overall the interviews were relaxed and conversational; the interviewing process encompassed multiple stages, each interview was a one on one interview, never a panel interview; the setup was typical questions about my experience and the situational relevancy

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

tell me about your typical day at your last role, who did you interact with?
      Answer question
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Antea Group (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2019

      Interview

Numerous phone calls with individuals at different levels (VP, Segment Leader, Senior consultant) and an in person interview. Overall all the conversations were very informal and they were checking my technical background while also gauging if I would be a good cultural fit for the company and specifically the location I applied for. The job posting was originally for the San Jose area, but I let them know I preferred the Seattle area and they accommodated my request for the interview!

      Interview questions [3]

      Question 1

Why are you interested in this line of work
      Answer question

      Question 2

Mostly questions about my experience or knowledge in certain qualifications listed on the job posting
      Answer question

      Question 3

Classic situational questions on how to deal with conflict or work with a manager who knows less than you.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Antea Group

      Interview

The process was a little nerve-racking sitting in a room with 6 interviewers. But once the conversation started, it seemed better. The company did not negotiate over their initial offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They mostly asked about previous experience and projects
