Interview process is quite simple. Face to face round is preferred but if you are unable to go telephonic round is also conducted. Post that Team Head round of Interview is conducted and feedback is given in a weeks time. On the spot if you are selected.

Do not even try to think to go for interview.
Got a call from consultancy, for opening at this worst organization. Even they do not take proper interview. They do not ask question.... they shout on candidate and ask questions. Don't go for interview.
