Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield interview questions

They had a screening interview and a panel interview. The questions were very tailored and not matching the role. They asked me questions about healthcare and nursing in general. The interviewers seemed to be reading from a script and didn't ask any questions to get more in depth knowledge.

Very slow but positive. The recruiter would give updates on where they were in the process. Most companies don't do this anymore. They gave feedback on why they went with another candidate. The potential did turn them down, but I had started another job.
