Initial Interview (30 minutes):
This was a one-on-one virtual interview with a member of the marketing team. They asked about my background, interest in marketing, and why I applied for the role. They also wanted to know about my experience with social media, content creation, and any past internships or projects. The tone was friendly and conversational.
Final Interview (20–30 minutes):
The final stage was a quick follow-up with the Marketing Manager. It focused more on expectations, team dynamics, and potential start dates. They also left room for my questions about the company culture, growth opportunities, and daily responsibilities.
Interview Difficulty:
Easy to Moderate – Questions were clear and role-specific. Being prepared with examples of past work helped.
