Interviewed with the HR rep, then the Senior furniture designer. After that, they have you work on a project for them, and then fly you out to have an in-person interview.

I applied to an assistant designer position with Anthropologie online on May 6, and received an offer on June 5. The process included an online application, video question interview, phone interview, skype interview, creative project, and in-person interview. The HR team is amazing and very responsive--they did a great job of moving me along and I never felt like I was in limbo. URBN is known for issuing projects for creative positions, and that was a big basis for my interview. I liked this because instead of vague interview questions, we could concretely speak about my process and my work.
