The initial phone screening process was okay, non-technical questions were asked as well as describing personal background and experience. But the final interview will cover a lot of concepts and ideas that was not mentioned during training.

Pretty straightforward and simple only includes basic SQL and python and is definitely geared towards freshers from college. Only downside is a lengthy process but easy to talk to staff through the entire process.
