Anywhere Real Estate interview questions

Application online with pretty straight forward and easy to complete within a few minutes. Followed by email confirmation once application submitted. HR recruiter called within 2-3 days. Very pleasant interview process. After initial 30 interview with recruiter the interview with hiring managers was scheduled shortly after. No crazy trick questions. Just questions designed to get to know you.

I spoke with a recruiter and also appeared for two additional interviews over a period of about 3 weeks. The second interview was a panel interview with 2 Anywhere employees. People were generally friendly and professional. However, the decision making process dragged on for months. Towards the end, I emailed and called the recruiter multiple times but he stopped responding to me in any way. I never received an email or phone call indicating that I did not get the job. All communication from Anywhere simply ceased. I was very disappointed that no one informed me of the decision in any way, particularly after I took the time to appear for multiple interviews, and I consider this behavior to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
