One round of whiteboard interview followed by a code review. The whiteboard interview consisted of 2 graphing/tree traversal questions. The portfolio submission was used for evaluation for software engineering skills and coding practices. 3 rounds of interviews to begin with. 1st is with the co founder, 2nd is with company employees from various departments, 3rd is with the company's tech advisor. The co founder handled all the developments of the interviews. After 2 months, he became unresponsive and unprofessional. Wouldn't pick up calls, emails to answer questions. Disappointed to not being able to progress
