I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aon in Feb 2016
Interview
Talked to recruiter on the phone and then was sent a link to an online video platform for the first round of interviews. The first few questions you were given a few minutes to prepare and then the final questions you had to answer right away and did not have any time to prepare. Practice interviewing on a video platform beforehand because it is much different than real life.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time you were faced with a problem and had to solve it.
Good, assessors were nice. Assessment centre had a presentation on a topic out of 3 options, a written exercise, group exercise and a final interview. Had case studies, and maths questions
You have to tediously fill in a form with all your information (education, work experience) on their hiring website. First rounds of quizzes and aptitude tests are all AI. It took a couple of months before they let you know whether you can take the first quiz.

Question 1
The quizzes test your personality type, mock office situations and aptitude IQ tests.
After completing online tests and a video interview, I was called for an actual interview. Questions were generic competency based questions, I was not selected to go forward. Got some feedback at least (which should be the bare minimum).
