This was among the slowest and most frustrating interview processes I have experienced. I received an initial response roughly 2 months after applying, which I had forgotten that I had done.
After an initial discussion, several weeks of silence passed before setting up an interview with the hiring manager as well as a random survey that was never mentioned again.
After this, several more weeks of silence passed before scheduling a final set of interviews with a partner and staff. I gave up on this job on multiple occasions before they would finally reach out, but at this point it has once again been several weeks after the interview and I assume that I have been ghosted.
The interviews themselves were fine but there is no communication at all in this process.

The interview process was good, managed well. Though they thought I was overqualified for the role. It was a walk-in interview and it was fine only not that bad i would say.
