Application, tests and a video interview. Detailed and useful feedback after the interview which seemed to be good but then never heard anymore. I emailed them and was told I was still under consideration. Never heard any outcome and even months on after the applications closed and the scheme has started, my profile still says interview in progress . I don't feel that Aon value the time graduates take out to apply and I think it shows the company very badly.
