Second time interviewing with Aon with similar end experience. The first time it was a two month process where I made it to the end only for the recruiter to say that I was not selected, but that they would like me to start over and interview for a different position. This was after multiple interviews at various levels. I turned it down. The second time, a recruiter reached out regarding a position that I had not applied for. I had a phone conversation with the recruiter, a video interview with the hiring manager, a "super day" interview with 6 people on site, and a interview with the VP. The company kept dragging their feet only to find out two weeks later that I was not selected. This was after taking time off of my job during the week for a full day and paying close to $50 for city parking. Please do better Aon. It was over 2 months of interviewing and 9 interviewers only to receive a generic e-mail at the end saying I did not get the job. I truly felt like just a number during the process and wouldn't consider Aon again due to the culture experience.
