Two interviews with regional branch manager involving basic behavioral questions and compensation explanation. At times it seemed more of an explanation of the risks of being compensation only than an acutal interview

Give me a short introduction that you might say when knocking on a door.
They were pretty much just asking about who I was as a person and what my goals are. I didn’t get asked anything about experience or education which was weird but they were very friendly

Interview was smooth and a good experience! I liked the 3 interview process, it makes the process very easy. Ten out of ten when it comes to the interview. I have zero complaints so far
