My Interview was taken in two steps. First, they took a technical interview with technical personnel. It was held Online. They asked me about my current job and the technology I used in my projects. How I overcame the difficulties I've dealt with, and my approach to solving any problems, etc. It was about an hour-long conversation with the technical interviewers. After that, they approach me to do another interview with The GM of that particular department and the Head of HR. That interview was held on-site. That's why I went to their office. It was also a good experience to give that interview. They asked about my journey into my current position, they asked me about the reason for switching the job, asked me about my plan, and lots of technical questions. That interview was also held for about an hour.
